 Designing your cement plant: For commercial offers, our Plant Engineering Department determines the design, the sizing and the basic installation of the plant and workshops. It prepares the corresponding specifications and quotations with the resources delegated by the Project Execution Department. This commercial phase is managed by a team constituted of a Commercial Engineer and a Technical Project Engineer. Upon contract effectiveness, the basic design, the sizing and the installation studies are managed until their completion by the same Technical Project Engineer to lead to the procurement of equipment and detailed design. This execution phase is worked out with the collaboration and under the control of the Project Manager.  Supplying high performance equipment: The Proprietary Equipment Department ensures the complete supply of proprietary equipment. It defines and updates the price lists. It sets the specific quotations required for the proposals. It supplies to the Product Engineers the skills and resources required for mechanical development studies. It is organized in units responsible of the different proprietary equipment. It also includes a calculation and materials unit.  Building your plant: The Project Management Dept. ensures the execution of contracts within the contract terms and conditions, from coming into force till the final acceptance. The Project Manager is the representative to the Customer. He manages the project team constituted by the resources supplied by the various departments to realize the contract within the execution time schedule. The Project Execution Dept. supplies the skills required for execution of the contracts :
It selects the necessary sub-suppliers and sub-contractors, and follow-up the corresponding orders and contracts. It prepares with the Project Manager and the technical depts. the execution time schedule and ensures its fulfillment.  Erecting and commissioning: he Project Management Dept. ensures the execution of contracts within the contract terms and conditions, from coming into force till the final acceptance.
