Our current primary sphere of activity specialises in the cement manufacturing industry, developing complete engineering solutions for the optimisation of all types of clinker coolers,raw/cement milling circuits, as well as the supply of quality spare and wear parts for all sections of the integrated production process for cement manufacture.

Quarries:
Raw material used for manufacturing cement and obtained in quarries, needs to be crushed by a hammer, jaw or cone crushers as the first stage before being ground in the ball, vertical mills or roller press. We are able to offer you the best material taking into account your tough working conditions.

Kilns:
The correct functioning of the kiln depends, amongst other things, on the maintenance of the nose ring segments, which close off and hold in place the end of refractory brick area. At the same time, the latest tendencies in the cyclone dip tubes have been towards pieces cast in different alloys in sizes and thickness designed to fit through the cyclone manhole.
We make sure these designs and materials meet the needs of our customers, providing improvements in both. The most commonly used heat resistant casting for these pieces range from GX40CrNiSi27.4 to GX40CrNiSiW 26.26.
Coolers:
Industry improvements introduced to improve production and operational efficiency in the process of pyro-processing of cement clinker requires the optimisation of planetary coolers to keep pace. Providing efficient solutions to the great variety of problems pertaining specifically to planetary coolers is one of our specialities:
• The correct distribution of cooling zones. • Design of cooler internal components specifically designed for each zone and varying types of clinker. • Choice of the most suitable materials, obtained by means of modern and reliable production processes, and guaranteed by our systemised procedures and audits as per UNE in ISO 9001: 2000.

Our optimised design will achieve the minimun DT, ie. maximum temperature of secondary air combined with evacuating the coolest clinker resulting in maximum energy savings. Our technical solutions will allow you to get the most out of your planetary coolers by cooling clinker in each zone more efficiently with the maximum transfer of heat to secondary and combustion air.
Grate Plates:
We carry out different metallurgical as well as design modifications in the grate plates with the objective of increasing lifetime and improving its features.
METALLURGICAL MODIFICATIONS
• For temperatures of aprox. 1200ºC & conditions of extreme oxidation, oxidising, agents, sulphur attack, etc. • For working conditions where there are extreme temperature changes. • For deformation in the grates owing to: - Mechanical problems with the supports. - Tensions in the bolts.
DESIGN MODIFICATIONS
• Better resistance to wear and abrasion. • Avoid deformations.
Mills:

The new mill feeding system ensures that feed quantities into the mill flow are unhindered. Our superior design of inlet headliners allow for improved mill internal capacity usage. Our Water Injection Systems ensure the optimum mill internal working temperatures and conditions are maintained. Our range of shell liners provide significantly longer wear life expectancies, combined with reduced power consumption requirements complimented with a range of diaphragms for fully optimising the performance of the mill. All this to get the best out of each mill.

Diaphragms:
Our proven technology in diaphragms reduces the specific consumption and optimises the performance of ball mills.
